We are like any other adventure-style business who accepts reservations.  A deposit is required for us to block out space, which keeps other patrons from walking in and having access to those times.  We recommend a one week notice and don’t book out more than 60 days.   Please make certain that you are ready to commit and understand that if for ANY REASON you need to CANCEL, POSTPONE and/or EVEN RESCHEDULE you will be charged a $50 non-refundable administrative deposit fee per person.  There is no grace period to cancel and be refunded the $50 reservation fee.

WARNING; same day cancellation(s) or changes to a reservation(s) will be charged in full for what you have ordered.  Make sure that the people you are booking for understand these terms and conditions, as it saves a lot of heartburn.  There is no charge if we get weathered out.
When booking your reservation(s) you are agreeing to the answers provided, so double check with your group members that all information (i.e. age/weight) is being provided to you accurately.
